Here is a 3d printed 28mm Bar Set. These are not my designs, I merely downloaded, printed and painted them. Links to the model is below. I initially started with the bar back and accessories, then kept finding stuff to add. It took a while to print and paint. Lots of tiny bits...

 

Here is the bar back and accessories. I added the quarter for scale. The tankards and wine bottles are tiny. The tankards are 5mm tall (1/8th inch). Bit of a pain to print as well. I printed way more bottles than I needed to get the number I wanted in the model. I had to add a bit of sprue for the barrel taps. 

 

Here is the complete set up. I have extra tables, but did not show them. I think the overall effect here is really good.
