I finally photoed my props, the cribbage board and a 28mm bar set for any RPG or tabletop game. I have the galleries posted: Cribbage Board, 28mm Bar Set, and Props.

I have also posted project pages for each of them: 3d Printed Cribbage Board28mm Bar Set, and Props. Quite a bit of this stuff has been a learning process for me as well as honing my painting skills. I had finished some of these a while ago. I am still working on some other stuff that I hope to get done for Christmas presents. But I will photo them all and perhaps they will make their way to a project page.

The bar set was particularly time consuming from a printing and painting perspective. It is quite tasking to print really small stuff... then you have to paint them! And there is quite a few files involved to bring it all together. The cribbage board was easier to assemble and paint, but it took almost 15 hours to print (5 hours for each side, then the inserts and pins). Some of the props took quite a bit of time to print as well, with lots of parts (Deckard's Blaster). But I hope the results are worth it. Keep in mind 3d printing is not like using a laser printer. It takes time and the higher the resolution, the longer the print will take.

Keep watching... More is coming.

I did not get the talking skull done before Halloween. I ended up taking a trip out of town and could not make up the time. I did get most of the software work done, finally giving in to use two Arduinos. As I have time, I will continue on it. So, for now, it is on the back burner. I have lots of projects that I am trying to get done. I am working on Christmas gifts at the moment.

I just finished 3d printing a cribbage board. It has been a long time since I have played. I am waiting on some magnets to finish the build then I can photo it and post it. I think it turned rather well. More to come on it. I also finished a couple of prop guns: Deckard's Blaster from BladeRunner and Poe Dameron's Blaster from Rogue One.  I also built and painted Mace Windu's Lightsaber and lighted stand. I just need to get them all photoed and posted.

I did get two new galleries up: 5th Set of DnD Characters and Call of Cthulhu Figures. My painting is slowly improving, and I really like how the bases are turning out.

I also have my wife's art show coming up in January at Art 111 in Colorado Springs as well and I am making most of the frames and hangers. Along with a couple of special things... Oh, and I am going to need some surgery in the future. I am going to try and put it off until mid February.

Sorry for the long delay in posting an update. Lots of stuff in the pipeline

Got a lot further on the InMoov Head Project. Lots of pictures. Speaking of pictures, I got the Project Gallery fixed! I uploaded all of the photos you can see in the projects along with a few additional notes. As I add pictures, I will be sure to include them in the gallery.

That's all for now!

There are two new entries in my InMoov Head project. I have also added a little write up and some pictures. Go and take a look. I have also been working on the talking skull project, but have only posted a little on it as I am awaiting some parts for it. It has the potential for a separate Arduino project write up as well because I am going to use a RCWL-0516, a Doppler radar motion detection circuit board. I added more detail in the blog post.
